'BOY'S PLAYING BAGPIPES AND HORN' antique French art deco
These beautifully detailed, high quality, old, original set of antique French art deco bookends feature two boys playing instruments. One boy's playing the bagpipes, the other a horn. Both have hats with feathers, long sleeve jackets, scarfs and short pants. They are made of spelter, the exposed skin is a chocolate brown tone, the rest is done in a verdigris finish. Each bookend stands 8 3/4" tall, 6" long, 4 3/4" wide and weighs 3 lbs. 3 oz. (6 lbs. 6 oz. for the pair). They are in very good condition.
