Antique Bookend Shoppe

This is a magnificent antique bookrack featuring a Native American Indian in a open profile cut-out surrounded by a nicely detailed frame.  The Indian is in full headress.  Each end panel stands 5 1/2" tall and 6 1/4" wide.  The bookrack expands from 11 3/4" to 21".  The panels are made of brass plated iron.  The expanding rods are made of brass and are threaded into the plates.  The weight is 2 lbs. 8 oz. Each plate is marked on the inner side with number '789'.  This bookrack is in very good condition.
