LEOPARD cat antique bookends PAUL HERZEL POMPEIAN BRONZE
This exquisite set of bookends features a beautifully detailed set of Leopards sitting. They are one of the series of the 'Big Cats' by sculptor Paul Herzel. As you can see the Leopard has the proper 'spots'. Paul Herzel's animals were all done with great accuracy as to the conformation and detailing specific to each species. Each bookend stands 6 1/4 tall, 5 1/8" long, 3 1/8" wide and weighs 2lbs. 12 oz. They are in very good condition. Authenticity is assured as both are signed 'PAUL HERZEL' , also they have the number '150' and the Pompeian Bronze shopmark.
