'GERDAGO GIRLS PIXIE READER' art deco ivory face bookends
This set has the original 'ivory' faces which was a specific type of celluloid referred to as Ivorine. This mimicked the French version which was actual ivory. The faces are not painted. Each bookend stands 5 1/2" tall, 5 1/8" long, 2 1/2" wide and weighs 1 lbs. 14 oz. They are in very good condition with some interior crackling in the marble.
