Antique Bookend Shoppe

This is one of our favorite sets.  Although they are not nearly the most expensive, they are excellent.  Well made, nice detailing, great movement, very heavy solid cast iron. They have feathering details on the body and tail characteristic of Golden Retriever's and Irish Setters.  All old, authentic and original.  These were made by Littlestown Hardward and Foundry, Littlestown, PA.  Circa 1925.  They are in excellent condition with a natural verdigris patina. A definite best buy.  Each bookend stands 4 3/4" tall, 7 3/4" long, 1 3/4" wide and weighs 3 lbs. 3 oz.
