Antique Bookend Shoppe

Beautifully detailed set of solid bronze bookends shaped as a set of books which are formed with a scrolled bottom.  Each bookend stands 6" tall, 6 5/8"long, 2 1/2" wide and weighs 4 lbs. 6 oz. (8 lbs. 12 oz. for the pair).  They are in very good condition with a couple minor dings.  Each book is separately titled.  Very high quality set.  Authenticity is assured as both bookends are incised on the bottom: ART METAL CONST. CO. JAMESTOWN, N.Y.  There are quite a few book-shaped bookends, these are one of the nicest, heaviest and best quality we've ever seen.
